Blee Ads AI ("Blee", "we") is a service operated by Bleestack, Mumbai, that helps businesses create, manage and report on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising through a chat interface. Contact us at bleestack@gmail.com.

Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password (or your Google profile if you sign in with Google), your workspaces and the people in them.

Meta data, only after you connect a Meta account and grant access, through Meta's official Marketing API: your ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts, pixels, campaigns, ad sets, ads and their performance metrics, lead forms and the leads they collect, and your app-scoped Facebook user ID. The permissions we request are: ads_management, ads_read, business_management, leads_retrieval, pages_manage_ads, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_metadata.

Content you create: chat messages, uploaded images and videos, brand kits, audiences, reports and settings.

Billing data: your plan, billing details (name, GSTIN, address, email), payment records and invoices. Card or UPI details entered in Razorpay are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.

Technical data: session cookies, IP address (for rate limiting and security) and server logs.

• To provide the service you ask for: building campaigns and ads, showing Meta previews, syncing leads, writing reports and answering your questions.
• To create things on Meta only when you approve them. Every campaign and ad Blee creates starts PAUSED; spending starts only when you activate it.
• To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To bill you for your plan and send service emails (for example email confirmation and password reset).

We use data received from Meta only to provide Blee's features to the person or business who connected it, and in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

• We do not sell Meta data or use it for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to the features you use.
• Each workspace has its own Meta connection; data from one workspace is never shown to another.
• Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never shown in the app.
• You can disconnect Meta at any time in Settings → Meta, or remove Blee from Facebook → Settings → Business integrations. See User data deletion.

Blee uses the AI provider configured for your account (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or OpenAI) to write copy, answer questions and summarise results. The provider receives the text of your request and the data needed for that task. Metrics are calculated by Blee from Meta data; the AI only explains them.

We also use: cloud storage (Amazon S3) for uploaded files, Razorpay for online payments, an email provider for service emails, and hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers above, with Meta when you approve an action, when required by law, or with your consent.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect Meta, its access token and connection data are deleted immediately. When you ask us to delete your account or data, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices).

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt); secrets and Meta tokens are encrypted; access is checked on every request and every workspace is isolated; actions are recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.

We use only cookies needed to run the service: your sign-in session, the workspace you are using, and the admin session for Blee staff. We use no advertising cookies.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw access to Meta at any time. Email bleestack@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Blee is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.

We will post changes on this page with a new effective date, and tell account owners by email about important changes.
