Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Bleestack for the use of Blee Ads AI ("Blee"). By creating an account or using Blee you accept them. If you use Blee for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Blee helps you plan, create, preview, manage and report on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising with the help of AI. Features may change over time. Some features need a connected Meta account and an AI provider.

• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces.
• You must be at least 18 and allowed to enter into contracts.
• Tell us at once at bleestack@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• You connect only Meta assets you are authorised to manage, and you follow Meta's Terms, Advertising Standards and policies.
• Blee creates campaigns and ads PAUSED. You review and activate them yourself; you are responsible for your ads, their content, targeting, budgets and spend.
• Meta may reject, limit or change ads and accounts; Blee is not responsible for Meta's decisions or outages.
• AI suggestions can be wrong. Check copy, claims and settings before you activate anything.

Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Plans don't renew automatically; you pay again to renew. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is not part of Blee's fees. Plan limits apply as described on the Billing & Plan page.

• No unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or harmful ads, and nothing that breaks Meta's policies.
• No attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security or limits of Blee.
• No reselling or sharing accounts unless we agree in writing.

You own your content and data. You give us the rights needed to run Blee for you (store, process and send it to Meta and the AI provider when you ask). We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Blee, its software and brand belong to Bleestack. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.

Blee works with services we don't control (Meta, AI providers, payment and storage providers). Their own terms apply to your use of them.

Blee is provided "as is". We don't promise any advertising result, lead volume or return on ad spend. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or ad spend, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You can stop using Blee and ask us to delete your data at any time (see User data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies, with notice where reasonable.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State whose law governs these terms]. We may update them; we will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell account owners about important changes. Using Blee after a change means you accept it.
